Is the deposit required?
Yes, we require a $50 deposit for a party. This secures your date, time, and character for your event!
How do I prepare for the celebration?
For a successful show, our performers need some space. Please make sure there’s room for the kids to play freely. Entertainers will also need a private area to change costumes. Be sure to get permission from the venue to host our show.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Don’t worry! If possible, you can move the show indoors, or we can reschedule your event for another available date and time.
We just ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance, so we can adjust our schedule and confirm your new party time.
Can I combine two characters or shows?
Absolutely! You can build your own perfect party by combining any of our shows, characters, or activities. We’ll help you create a personalized program that fits your theme, age group, and schedule.
How early should I book the party?
You can book your party anytime, but the earlier, the better! Booking in advance increases your chances of securing your preferred date and time, especially on weekends and holidays. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but early booking helps ensure your perfect party slot is available.
